Current Positions Available
The following positions allow you to work from home (wherever you may be), allowing you to have an extremely flexible schedule. You must be able to stick to deadlines if you are interested in any of the jobs below. If you are interested in any of the jobs listed, you can bypass the usual resume requirement by following the instructions for that particular job.

Graphic/Layout Designer
We are in need of about 5 different layouts at this time. Each layout pays from $50 to $150. This is perfect part-time contract work to supplement your current income! All layouts you create must be W3 compatible according to validator.w3.org's standards. If you are interested, please submit a sample of your work via the Contact page.

PHP/MySQL Programmer/Developer
We are looking for one additional programmer. This is a part-time job that has 40 to 80 hours of work per month. You will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and any programming work you do for Paradigm becomes the property of Paradigm. Intermediate to Advanced PHP and MySQL skills are a necessity. You will be working with the GD image library, AJAX (javascript), and similar. Pay varies based on your experience and is "ramped-up" based on the quality of work you do for us (the more projects and better quality of work, the more you get paid). Typically, pay is done per project; we can discuss pay-per-hour after you have completed a project or two for the company. If you are interested, please submit at least 2 working samples (URLs are fine) AND at least 2 references. You can use the Contact page to do so.

Flash Programmer
We are in need of a Flash programmer! This is a pay-per-project position that requires innovation and attention to detail. You must have extensive ActionScript experience. For the most part, you will be programming mini-games in Flash (Snake, Tic-Tac-Toe, and similar). However, we have a few projects that are complex and will require an ability to think outside the box. This position can be challenging! If you are interested, please submit at least 1 working sample (URL is fine) via the Contact page.
